Shelter Canvas did a great job on my T-Top, unfortunately about 7 months after the top was installed, the cords started to disintegrate, I gave them a call, they already knew that they had received a shipment of bad cord, but weren't sure who had received it. We scheduled an appointment for the next day at 10am, they showed up 20 minutes early and the job was done before lunch. Great customer service!
