I've been sitting in the parking lot waiting for the owner to show up for the past hour with my wife and kids baking in the sun. We were meant to pick up the boat at 9am and had called an hour ahead to confirm. If there was another place in the keys that had availability i would be long gone already. The owner is rude and doesn't have a customer service bone in his body. Never again.
Larry is a stand up guy! We stored two boat trailers there for a month and he was outstanding. I would highly recommend his services. Honest people in the Keys can be tough to come by, Larry is one of them.
This guy is scumbag Loud mouth NASTY redneck who has NO RESPECT AT ALL for any of his customer his BOAT ARE ALL PIECES OF JUNK and should NEVER be RENTED. Don"t RENT anything from this creep !
We reserved a boat one day prior. We showed up at agreed time, Larry was waiting for us, with our rental boat ready on the trailer. We followed him to the boatramp, loaded up and off we went. We had a fabulous experience and the boat was great. As agreed we called Larry when entering the canal and when we got to the boatramp he was waiting for us with the trailer backed down the ramp, perfect. Absolutely would do this again! Exceptional value, great service!!! Thanks Larry!
Larry stood us up and didn't even had the courtesy of calling to let us know he couldn't deliver!
